It is not user-friendly or comfortable to use. The tray is partially hidden under the desk portion, making it difficult to rest your wrists while typing. Additionally, there is very little space between the keyboard tray and the top desk, making it a tight fit. Another issue worth mentioning is that there are subtle differences between the product received and the images displayed. For example, some customers reported that there was no phone/tablet holder slot in the version they received. On the positive side, customers generally praised the quality and competitive price of the VIVO Desk Riser Converter. The hydrologic pump makes adjusting the height effortless, and the handles on both sides of the surface allow for easy adjustment. In terms of space, the top tier of the desk is spacious enough to accommodate dual monitors and office items, while the lower tier provides good clearance for comfortable keyboard and mouse use.
