They are satisfied with its performance and found it helpful in watering their plants. On the other hand, there are several negative reviews as well. One common complaint is the poor design of the wire to the positive battery terminal, which gets corroded within a few months of use. This leads to customers having to replace the product multiple times, which they find inconvenient and frustrating. Another issue reported by customers is the timer not functioning correctly after a month of use. They have to keep turning it on and off manually, and in some cases, the unit ends up malfunctioning, leading to water leakage from the battery compartment. This is a major concern as it poses a risk of damage and flooding. Furthermore, some customers express disappointment with the product's badly translated instructions, making it difficult to set up and operate the water timer. This lack of clear guidance adds to the frustration and dissatisfaction experienced by these customers. In summary, while some customers have found the Water Timer, Garden Hose Water Tap Timer to be useful and a good bargain for their garden irrigation needs, there are significant concerns regarding its design and functionality.
