The tea stays hot for a long time, and the 2-way leaf compartment is handy. However, there are mixed reviews on this product, and not all are positive. One major issue with this product is the sticker it comes with that is incredibly hard to remove and leaves behind a sticky residue. Many customers seem to agree that the lid leaks, which is inconvenient, and the locking mechanism is right where your mouth goes, causing discomfort when drinking. The tea leaf compartment is too small and doesn't allow the leaves to expand, resulting in underwhelming tea. The lid does not close correctly, and there are no threads. Additionally, the product is quite expensive, and the volume is not listed anywhere.
