One downside is that it is easy to accidentally attach it upside down or 180 degrees from the correct position because of the lack of symmetry, but you will quickly learn to feel for the small Moft logo. Another issue pointed out by some users is that the magnetic connection between the wallet and the phone is not always strong enough, causing the wallet to fall off easily. Overall, customers are pleased with their purchase and would recommend it. However, some have reported issues with the magnetic connection's strength and the wallet coming off easily.
