The Mackie Creator Bundle with CR3-X Multimedia Monitors, EM-USB Microphone, and MC-100 headphones gives excellent value for the price. The monitors provide clear sound and the included headphones are of good quality. Additionally, the microphone records well with good playback sound. However, the first impression for the customer was not good as they received a box missing the microphone. Though poor customer support from Mackie and no response from the dealer caused the customer distress they tried out all the products in the bundle. A loud hiss in the monitors made them inconvenient and there was a distinct rattle in the left ear of the headphones. The customer will return the product to purchase another brand's monitor.
