Looking at the customer reviews, the mug is praised for keeping drinks hot and not leaking. However, the lid is difficult to clean, and the handle comes loose after a short period of use. The rubber seal also stains quickly. Some reviewers also did not like the lid style. There were additional complaints about the inside object that needs to be unscrewed in order to make it leak-proof, which is not convenient.
