Swing-N-Slide Freestanding Slides Editorial Review
This slide is sold separately and requires a playscape with a 5' deck to be attached to. Customers found it to be sturdy and solid, with a bed width of 16 inches. Assembly was a mixed experience with about half of the customers not having issues with alignment and the other half needing to drill new holes. The slide was found to be a little thin, and the holes didn’t line up with the plastic pre-drilled holes very well. The slide had a weight limit of 250lbs but was not suitable for kids over 100lbs. The assembly had taken less than 30 minutes for some customers while quite a few others had to struggle to get the two slide pieces aligned and joined. The slide was found to be hot and burns when used in the sun by some customers. The top lip that attaches to the structure is 20.5 inches with a width of the slide is 23 inches. This slide was found to be misleadingly advertised as a swing set by some customers.
