This potting compound is a professional-grade material that firms up after 48 hours. It has a glossy black finish and is softer than a typical two-part epoxy potting compound. The material must be mixed in a 1:1 ratio, and each part should be mixed separately before combining them as the material separates. The potting compound is not suitable as a conformal coating but works well as a potting compound. It comes with three 25cc mixing cups, instructions, and warnings. The fumes are toxic, and a respirator must be worn. Overall, users found this product to be satisfactory. Some reviewers suggested heating up the part to speed up the curing process. It also dries pretty firm and has good flexibility once dried. One user stated that they used it to seal the back of their battery connector on an ebike after it was shorting due to rainwater ingress.
