This mulching cover is a perfect fit for a Toro Wheel Horse 14-38 HXL and easy to install. It closes off the discharge chute nicely and has been rated better than expected. While it may not be the OEM replacement for all Toro models, it does work for some. The original Toro mulching cover has been known to break multiple times but this alternative has lasted some customers for 15 years. Hardware does not come with the cover, however, many customers have found ways to install it without the specified bolts and screw caps.
