Nutritionist's Take
As a laundry additive, Earthborn Elements Borax with Lavender Essential Oil is not a food product and, therefore, does not provide nutritional benefits in the conventional sense. However, its use does raise some considerations. Borax, or sodium borate, is effective as a cleaning agent and can enhance the effectiveness of laundry detergents. The inclusion of lavender essential oil may provide a calming scent, which can enhance the laundry experience. Potential drawbacks include concerns about the safety of Borax; while it is generally recognized as safe for cleaning, ingestion or prolonged skin exposure could lead to health risks. Moreover, individuals with certain sensitivities or allergies to lavender might experience adverse reactions. Overall, this product is suitable for those looking for a natural laundry additive but should be used with caution, ensuring that it aligns with individual health needs and household safety.
