Our instructions for preparing Nutrient Agar are simple and straightforward. All you need to do is dissolve 23 grams of Nutrient Agar in 1 liter of distilled water, adjust the pH to 7.0, autoclave at 121 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, and finally pour into Petri dishes.
