Nutritionist's Take
Core Nutritionals Pro Sustained Release Protein Blend offers a well-balanced protein source with 25 grams of protein and only 2 grams of carbs per serving, making it suitable for those following low-carb diets. The inclusion of a digestive enzyme blend potentially enhances nutrient absorption, aiding users with digestion issues. The sustained release formula may provide prolonged amino acid delivery, beneficial for muscle recovery and satiety. However, nutritionists may express concerns regarding the use of artificial flavors and sweeteners, as well as the overall ingredient quality. While this product could be a good option for active individuals or those needing meal replacements, it may lack whole food nutrients and might not cater to everyone, particularly those with certain dietary restrictions. Consumers should consider these factors in the context of their individual health goals.
