Business Source BSN04548 - Envelope Moistener

The Business Source BSN04548 Envelope Moistener presents mixed customer experiences among users. While some users praise its Consistency and ease of application, others highlight significant ergonomic issues and ineffective adhesion. On the positive side, customers who prefer the gel-based application appreciate that it is less messy than traditional water or sponge methods. The gel formulation provides a controlled amount of moisture, reducing the risk of over-saturation that can occur with sponges or spills. Additionally, users find the product cost-effective, with multiple bottles available for a reasonable price. However, numerous customers express dissatisfaction regarding the design and functionality of the moistener. The grip is commonly described as awkward and uncomfortable, particularly for those with hand pain or limited dexterity. Users indicate that the applicator’s distance from the hand complicates precise application, making it easy to misapply. Furthermore, the gel itself is criticized for lacking stickiness; users report needing to apply excessive pressure to achieve a proper seal, which diminishes the overall effectiveness of the product. The initial setup, which requires removing a plug, is also noted to be messy and inconvenient. In conclusion, while the Business Source Envelope Moistener has its merits in providing a neat and manageable way to moisten envelopes, its design flaws and functionality issues leave a significant number of users dissatisfied. Those with specific ergonomic concerns may want to explore alternative methods. **
