The product can be used as a regular conditioner without any additional product before or after usage. The conditioner is not recommended to be used as a leave-in as it leaves hair very soft. Some customers found the conditioner to be watery in texture and silver in colour. It has proven to work on low porosity and colour-treated hair, but may not be suitable for everyone due to a formaldehyde-releasing preservative. Some customers praised its ability to even out porosity and improve their hair in a short amount of time. A few customers experienced a damaged product upon receipt or did not receive the desired results.
