The shoes are well-made, comfortable and provide good compression on the calf to help aid the foot relaxing to stay flatter. They have supportive ankle straps and lace up securely, protecting the foot and properly aligning it. The inner contour is similar to that of the ankle on an AFO. Additionally, they can also be used for children who toe walk.
