The SVS Prime Tower Speakers are a beautifully engineered and manufactured tower speaker that produces good bass, excellent mid-range and high-frequency response. The speakers are marketed as good for both music and home theatre setups, even in modest home spaces. A Yamaha RX-V671 can drive them very well, and despite being rated at 220 watts per speaker, one user pushed 200watts continuous through them with no problems. Some key elements almost all customers agreed on were their comfortable rubber-coated feet, clear treble and strong bass tones, and high-quality engineering. On the downside, one reviewer had issues with harshness on the high frequencies and not enough bass. However, these comments were few and far in between.
