The motor behaves exactly as a bipolar stepper motor should and the motor was able to drive the stepper motor using an L298 driver with great acceleration control. The gearbox has a low enough gear ratio to allow for back-driving if needed. This dependable motor has fulfilled customer needs for clay extrusion, opening/closing doors for displays and more. Though one reviewer mentioned a small amount of gear slop, most have had no issues with the nylon gears, though there is an option for a metal screw model for a little more money. While it comes with little padding and in a simple box, the STEPPERLINE motor arrives quickly and in perfect working order.
