Answer: No, the Insteon hub may not be compatible with existing DLink IP cameras. The Insteon interface for cameras may need improvement, and some features may not be supported. -

what model number of Insteon Hub comes with this kit?
Answer: The hub model is 2582. -

is the thermostat the wireless one or the regular one?
Answer: The thermostat has to be wired like a regular one but communicates wirelessly through the network hub for control via cellphone or computer. -

Can this Thermostat be controlled by voice commands via the Echo? Like for example can you say set temperature to a specific level?
Answer: Yes, it can be controlled by voice commands through Echo if the Insteon hub is v. 2. However, the ISY994i(zw) controller by Universal Devices is recommended for more configurability. -

does this work with x10 devices, mainly the rain8II watering valve controller / relay
Answer: The included hub does not offer x10 support.
